Returns And Refund

At Ggitapparel Store, we strive to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, if you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing, or an incorrect product, we are here to assist you.

1. Returns 

All items purchased from Ggitapparel Store are custom-made and printed specifically for you. Therefore, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@ggitapparel.com within 7 business days of receiving your order. Our customer service team will assess your claim and, if appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Conditions for Return Requests:

  • Returns are only accepted for defective products.
  • If you return an item without our approval, we are not responsible for any loss or additional costs.
  • Due to hygiene reasons and product customization, exchanges or full refunds are not available unless the item has a major defect.
  • No refunds or exchanges are offered for products purchased during a sale or promotion.
  • Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
  • If a refund or replacement is approved, you do not need to return the defective item.
  • Partial refunds (excluding the shipping fee) may be available in certain cases.

2. Refunds

You may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving the item if you experience any of the following issues:
  • Blurry or unclear printing.
  • Product significantly different from the description or preview.
  • Misaligned printing or incorrect design placement.
  • Wrong item, size, or color received.
  • Damaged product due to transportation.
  • Any other production-related errors.
Claim Process:
  1. Contact us at support@ggitapparel.com with the following information:
    • Order number.
    • Clear photos of the defective product and labels.
    • Photos of incorrect color/design, size tags, or measurement proof (if applicable).
    • Photo of the original shipping label.
  2. Our support team will review the evidence and determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.
  3. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Refund Exclusions:
  • No refunds or exchanges for items bought during sales or promotions.
  • We do not accept refunds or replacements due to customer errors such as:
    • Incorrect size, design, or color selection.
    • Failure to preview the design before checkout. 

3. Replacements and Exchanges

  • We stand by our product quality and provide detailed size charts to help customers make the right choice.
  • We do not offer refunds for incorrect size, design, or color selection.
  • If a quality issue or incorrect item is received, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
  • Contact customer support for assistance with replacements and exchanges.

4. Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Once an order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations are not possible.
  • Our Return and Exchange policy covers 30 days after purchase for quality issues, shipping delays beyond our policy, and other reasonable concerns.

5. Important Notes

  • Errors made by customers when entering shipping details or missed parcel deliveries are not covered under the refund policy. However, we will work with you to find a solution.
